We will allow you to drive through the park and drop your bike and gear. It must be done quickly though...the park rangers will shoo you out after a few minutes! Park the car directly at the American Legion Lot, and then carefully ride your bike with gear/walk to TA.
Approved BIKE HELMETS are MANDATORY.
NO Drafting on the bike course. Please keep a minimum of THREE bike lengths unless passing or you willbe put in TIME-OUT!

Swim Course: 750 meters/1500 meters
The swim course is a triangle swim with buoys on the swimmer's right. 1 Lap for the sprint and 2 laps for the Olympic distance. There will be an IN-WATER start between small orange buoys in the marina cove. Water depth ranges from 15 feet at the start to 24 feet around buoys.
Bike Course: 16 miles/24 miles
BIKE COURSE ADJUSTMENT for 2017
The MiltonMan bike is noted for being smooth and fast! The course is a "lasso"-style route in which the participants will ride .6 miles on the park drive to the "main loop". Once on the main loop, the sprinters will do 2 laps of the loop and the olympians will do 3 laps of the loop. The 2017 loop is now a COUNTER clockwise direction making mostly LEFT-hand turns. The 2017 event is NOW USAT SANTIONED and USAT bike course rules do not allow any bike course cross-overs. The 2017 counter clockwise direction eliminates bike course crossovers
DO NOT pull back into the park drive until ALL laps are completed.
Run Course: 3 miles/6 miles
The run course is an out-n-back run course that takes runners over the Mahoning Ave bridge using the park path adjacent to the road. The course is flat with the exception of a small hill approx. the 2.4 miles mark. 1 lap for the sprint and 2 laps for the olympic.
AQUABIKE - Aquabikers will complete bike course, exit through transition out and run approx 100 yards through the finish chute. (I guess, so technically it is a "triathlon" with a 1500 meter swim, 24 mile bike, and a 100 yard run)
